Work Trial AI

See how candidates truly work before hiring them.

An AI-driven platform transforming hiring through real work simulations.
I designed its branding system and created a sizzle video to showcase its core features.

Overview

Client : Work Trail AI

Role : Art Director/ Storyboard/ Design/ Motion Graphics(me and Sophie)

Tools: Photoshop/After Effect/C4D

Work Trial AI bridges the gap between resumes and real skills. I developed the brand’s design language and created a motion piece that visualizes how the platform brings fairness, transparency, and insight to hiring.

Challenge

The client wanted to visualize how Work Trial AI transforms hiring into a more human, skill-based experience — showing real collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving in action.

The challenge was to design a visual language that feels trustworthy, intelligent, and forward-thinking, while still remaining delightful, friendly and approachable for both employers and candidates.

Process

1. Brand Direction & Guidelines

Professional yet approachable

Tech-forward clarity

Consistency across typography, color, motion, and iconography for internal and external communication.

2. Sizzle Video Development

I structured the narrative around transformation:

“From static resumes to living experiences — see candidates come to life.”

Visually, the film transitions from muted, grayscale tones (symbolizing traditional hiring) to bright, dynamic compositions as the AI reveals each candidate’s hidden abilities.

I used symbolic lighting shifts, smooth UI motion, and 3D transitions to represent discovery and growth.

Outcome

The final deliverables included:

A complete brand guideline system (color palette, typography, and motion behavior).

A 1-minute sizzle video used across the client’s landing page and pitch decks.

The work successfully captured the balance between technology and humanity, showing how Work Trial AI enables companies to see beyond the resume and candidates to shine through action.
